As I have opened up to the power of the brain (mind) and my connection to God, I find myself opening up to new realities. I am finding that acceptance of who my physical body is is not my true essence. It is hard for me to express the spirit but, I know it is the driving force in my life.
I have been researching Unresolved abandonment for over 25 years and realize that until individuals can accept that reality and go through the initial grief process, they cannot find initial physical peace. And this is a huge blockage in their life.
I believe we are endowed with a spiritual connection from birth and we experience life on a feeling level until our conscious mind kicks in (around 5 years old). We may say that children fantasize. But, just maybe the children of the world just have a handle on real reality as looked at through their spirit.
I believe we are now realizing that and are beginning to search for and find the re-connection.
This is an amazing and accurate commentary. To open up to the Universe and be at One with self, self-realization is a necessary step to forgiveness and healing. Thank you for that confirmation.

I am very interested in the latest brain science if it can help us become kinder and more positive and also more able to get into the REM sleep without medication.
I am a Brain Gym Instructor for children who have learning challenges and cannot get a good night’s sleep. Their parents are exhausted and discouraged,too. I need to learn more about how to open up the heart and also help them let go of old programs that are at the sub-conscious level so the learners can build a more positive picture of themselves being more successful
I hope the new brain science will reveal how we can overcome barriers to our actually realizing our innate potential.
I agree with all that was said–we a definitely a small part of the whole…we are taught to believe in conditioning as a specie but there is soooo much more and the brain that we have and choose or choose not to use properly depends completely on that condiioning and how we can break free to explore the best of our mind, body and soul in this rental unit we call a body. We all will return to that TRUE beginning in time–so short so stay long depends on what you have to say–the brain is the beacon that makes it all happen—programmed right beoomes alike Jesus who had, knew and believed beyond this plane–to have walked in just the wind or shadow of this man would have shattered the totality of this planes illusions completely—alais we now have what we have at our core and work from there….

It is amazing that once you change your beliefs, things around you change. I remember when I first realized that I didn’t have to take abuse, it was amazing. Suddenly, the people that I thought were important, weren’t and it was easy to release them from my life. Before, I wanted them gone, but feared that if they weren’t around I’d be alone. It turns out that nice people showed up to take their place.
And, the more aware I’ve become, the more I see. The little things make the difference, too – like noticing how beautiful the trees lining the street on the way to work are. Then thinking how the trees are soaking up the CO2 and giving off oxygen and how cool the process is.
Thanks too for the weight release tip! Now, I start every motion with the thought that I am using up extra energy so that the work doesn’t tire me.

I am interested in the body, mind, and spirit. I am also interested in the relationship between the Father,Son, and the Holy Spirit, God is a Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. It is the Spirit that searches all things ye the deep things of God. Hence if God can speak through a mule He can use a seven year old black child in Alabama in l957. 07. I know it sounds strange but nothing is impossible with God. And yes the Holy Spirit can enter a child and at age 8 or nine that child can become a doctor. daaa

It is said that we only access 1 third of our brains.
I truly believe that if we can control the the needless chit chat that goes on in our brain, then we can start tuning into what spirit is telling us, which in turn will help us get grounded,then become more aware of self. By becoming more aware of self, only then will we be able to start listening to what spirit is telling us and shift our beliefs to reach higher planes of consciousness, so that we feel connected to everything in life. At the arrival of this point in our consciousness,only then will we feel abundance, joy and bliss through spirit.
Imagine the possibilities of living an enlightened spiritual life.
Hello John and Harrison, I enjoyed watching your video discussion and found it to be very interesting. How redirecting our belief system to create the results that we would like to see and that we have to have all three the spiritual, mental, and physical, working together. Does this mean that once we have the belief system in place that we then redirect our mind to create the results that we want? It seems as though it’s a lot of information to take in …can the brain go into overload with information?
I am looking forward to The masters gathering 2012 and thank you both for bringing this information to my attention. Because not only am I interested in knowing how the mind work, but also why it may not work, when directing it to produce a desired result.
After experiencing that bliss and love state of “letting go, letting God” for a few weeks in the 80s, when everything I thought of manifested instantly, I became fearful and quit my practice of meditation, Reiki, and Chakra work. Not knowing anyone else with this power, my neighbors began to think it might be evil, and it became a fear instead of the miracle within me. 21 years later, I continue on my quest of returning to that state and as I near it, I grow more and more excited. The years between then and now have been used to release the terrible fears of abuse, being a victim, not feeling safe and of hating myself. It’s been a long journey. Harrison really helped me with those fears and to feel safe again; to feel that I can trust God again. Now go to bed and feel God’s arms around me, protecting me. Listening to John Assaraf was a mind-blowing experience. I look forward to The Masters Gathering. I will listen to and watch this video over and over again. The subject content contained so much vital information and answers to questions I’ve had about meditation and thought control. What I enjoyed the most is that the conversation was at a level that is easily understood. The dialogue was informal and infused with so much knowledge and wisdom it has you anticipating the Gathering. I look forward to my growth and development. I will pass this information on.
